Jane is an MBA graduate from the University Of Wits (UK), Executive Development Programme (Wits Business School). She also holds a Masters in Human Resources Development and an Advanced Business Programme. She is an arbitrator, mediator and labour law specialist as well as a transformations and change management specialist with over 25 years business experience in both the corporate and public sector environment.
Jane founded KMS College as a broad based women empowerment company partnering with specialists in specific disciplines in assisting institutions in local government, public institutions and the public sector implementing projects in improving service delivery while being recognised as the eminent provider of world class Organisational Development, Human Capital Consulting and Training Services in the market place by establishing mutually beneficial partnerships and creating value for all stakeholders.
Jane’s core vision is to make a visible difference in the public sector, and her mission to empower government officials with skills and competencies through life long learning to deliver efficient, effective and economically viable services to the public, in order to uplift and empower all the people in South Africa.
